When you add a new user to the eSign system, they immediately receive an invite/welcome email. This happens if you add them to the system one by one, or if you add them in bulk.
You have the ability to resend this invite email, if and when needed. To do so:
- Login to your account and go to the Users & Groups tab.
- From there, simply click on the account name who you want to re-send the invite to.
- Scroll down to the admin area.
- Here you will see the green “Resend Welcome Email” button.
5. Click the button and the invite email will be resent to just this person. After it is sent, you will see words at the top of your site similar to this, letting you know the invite has been re-sent successfully:
